Mardan Recognition: Clean Water Standards Achieved

The district of Mardan has achieved a significant milestone in water safety this month. Following the installation of ultraviolet filtration units in several key areas, water quality testing has confirmed that 95% of our project sites are now meeting international WHO standards for potability. This is a massive improvement from previous years when surface contamination was a major concern.

This achievement is a result of a multi-year effort to modernize the local water grid and educate communities on safe storage. We have conducted over 500 individual tests across the district, focusing on parameters like microbial load and chemical balance. The high success rate of our UV filtration systems has proven that localized, technology-driven solutions are the most effective way to combat waterborne diseases in KP's urban centers.

Health clinics in Mardan have already reported a noticeable decrease in cases of gastroenteritis and other water-related ailments. We are now using the Mardan model to plan similar interventions in neighboring districts. The data collected from this project will be shared with provincial health authorities to advocate for better water infrastructure across the region. This is not just a success for our organization, but for every resident of Mardan.
